We are seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead to lead large data warehouse and ETL testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in validating data integration, data migration, data quality, and reporting solutions. The role involves leading a testing team, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality data delivery across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Must -12 to 15 years' experience in Data Testing, ETL, Reporting, Data Automation skills etc..
  • Must -Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience at onsite role, handled multi-vendor and multi-stake holders at client side
  • Must - Must have experience in Large data testing transformation program at least for 2 projects
  • Must -Microsoft Azure cloud platform is must - Minimum 4 to 6 years hands on experience in Databricks, ADF, BI Reporting
  • Must -Ability to lead 6 to 10 offshore team for multiple workstream. This project involves multi workstream minimum 3 to 5. Each workstream will be 1 or 2 people
  • Onsite lead should be capable to lead all workstreams
  • Must - 50% Lead activities and 50% hands on responsibility for the project
  • Must - Insurance domain experience (Home, Auto, Commercial etc.. )
  • Must- Collaborate all project stake holders with minimal supervision from Capgemini as well as Vendors
  • Preferred - Financial Data repo or Financials Data Hub and downstream General Ledger experience.
  • Preferred - Any automation data testing tool is preferred in cloud
Required Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and database testing across platforms including Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and other relational databases.
  • Proven experience validating complex data transformations, aggregations, data migration processes, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous source-to-target validation.
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema, along with experience using defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Quality Center.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, with exposure to ETL test automation frameworks and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have skills
  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter data models and business processes.
  • Data governance and data quality testing knowledge.
  • Experience working in Insurance domain.
  • Relevant certifications in testing, data warehousing, or cloud technologies are advantageous.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88837 to $108569
