Parking Standardization & Data Manager
Salary Range: $90,000.00 -$100,000.00 Annually, Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential
Work Modality: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Location: San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, Las Vegas, Chicago and Atlanta

Role Overview
The Parking Standardization & Data Manager will be responsible for transforming, centralizing, and maintaining our global parking asset data. This role requires a blend of master data management, real estate acumen, and meticulous data auditing. You will eliminate data fragmentation across multiple platforms, establish a standardized corporate taxonomy, and ensure total data integrity through rigorous cross-functional alignment and auditing.
Key Responsibilities
Core Tactical Duties
    • Data Consolidation: Aggregate and harmonize fragmented data sources into a single, optimized, centralized master database.
    • Taxonomy & Governance: Own and manage real-time updates for all taxonomy and nomenclature source documents to maintain enterprise-wide definitions.
    • Data Auditing & Quality Assurance: Conduct deep-dive audits of broker sheets, site lists, and lease summaries to isolate anomalies and ensure absolute data integrity.
    • Pipeline Management: Establish workflows for ingestion, cleaning, and verification of new site data as the portfolio scales.
Cross-Functional Interlock
    • Transactions: Partner closely with various teams to seamlessly integrate incoming lease structures and site updates into the database.
Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Skills
    • Data Expertise: Proven experience as a Master Data Administrator, Real Estate Portfolio Data Analyst, or in a highly similar quantitative role.
    • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing and querying relational databases (e.g., SQL, Access, or specialized data management software).
    • Attention to Detail: Elite auditing skills with an eagle-eye ability to spot discrepancies in fragmented, unstandardized datasets.
Soft Skills & Competencies
    • Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between real estate transactional teams and corporate finance.
    • Process-Oriented: A passion for building order out of chaos, documentation, and establishing rigorous data governance policies.
