Job description


The Data Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and analysis of operational data within ABM and TRAX platforms. This position serves as the primary point of contact system oversight, reporting, data integrity, mobile device management, and operational analytics. The role supports leadership teams by providing actionable data insights, monitoring cleaning performance and inspection trends, and ensuring system functionality to support daily airport operations. Responsibilities also include assisting with account-level technology issues and supporting dispatch reporting and communications.
Responsibilities
TRAX System Administration
  • Oversee and maintain data accuracy and integrity within the TRAX platform.
  • Manage TRAX user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Coordinate and maintain TRAX licensing requirements, including adding, updating, and removing licenses as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and collaborate with TRAX support teams to resolve issues.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate and distribute recurring operational reports.
  • Run and analyze cleaning alert reports to identify trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate inspection reports and track performance metrics across operational areas.
  • Develop dashboards, charts, graphs, and visual presentations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data is presented in a clear and actionable format for operational leaders and senior management.

Operational Support
  • Review operational data with management teams and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Present trends, performance metrics, and operational insights during management meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies.

Dispatch
  • Review dispatch call logs and communication data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze call volume, response times, and service trends.
  • Work closely with dispatch personnel to identify process improvements and reporting needs.
  • Assist in the development of operational performance metrics for dispatch services.
  • Mobile Device & Hardware Management
  • Oversee TRAX mobile phones and related equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate phone deployment, replacement, troubleshooting, and tracking.
  • Ensure devices remain operational and properly configured for field use.

IT Support & Technical Assistance
  • Serve as the first point of contact for account-level technology issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and mobile device concerns.
  • Coordinate with corporate IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with technology implementations, upgrades, and training initiatives.

Qualifications
Education
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations support, system administration, data analysis, or related field.
