Standard Job Description Join LockheedMartin's Data and AI Enablement organization and accelerate the company's AI transformation. As the manager of the Enterprise Data Product Team's architects and engineers, you will play a key role in leading the build of the corporation's data foundation to enable use of AI agents at scale. You will develop strategy for the team's operations, manage customer relationships, bring key stakeholders on the AI transformation journey, lead the creation and deployment of critical data products, support the build and operationalization of our enterprise ontology, oversee the team's engineering operations and manage and grow our organization's talent.

Key Responsibilities Work with functional partners to create enterprise data products that provide maximal value to the corporation. Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their support for the team's mission.

Ensure data product alignment with enterprise ontology standards and guardrails. Work with functional partners to produce validation tests for enterprise ontologies. Develop strategies to enable team to overcome obstacles in building the corporation's data foundations.

Optimize team operations to maximize quality and efficiency. Optimize the work experience of our team's architects and engineers, and enable them to grow their careers in the directions they wish. Identify and hire new talent for the team.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Management, or a related field. 8+years of experience working in data engineering/analysis/science, with at least2years of experience working in management. 3+years of experience delivering concrete business value through technical ownership of portions of an enterprise data platforms.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and motivate action through superior communication and relationship building skills Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking to solve programmatic issues. Demonstrated ability to deliver business value through optimizing engineering operations and plans. Desired Skills Experience productizing data sets for enterprise consumption.

Experience operationalizing ontologies, taxonomies, or knowledge graphs that enable AI agent operations. Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops. Experience with use case-driven software development.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills for crossfunctional teamwork and internalcustomer support. Master's degree or advanced technical training. Experience with Databricks and/or medallion data architectures.

Experience implementing data access controls in complex systems. Hands-on experience using genAI to solve business problems. Pay Information GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.

Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $185400.00 - $344400.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc. Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $166900.00 - $309900.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc
