Job description

The Project Manager - Construction is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on assigned fiber, utility, or infrastructure construction projects. This role supports the full project lifecycle from planning and coordination to execution and closeout, working under the guidance of senior leadership and in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
• Manage construction project scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with company and client expectations
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities to keep work on track
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues related to timeline, materials, or resource availability
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, local regulations, and engineering designs
• Track project expenses, change orders, and documentation for reporting and billing
• Communicate regularly with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, job logs, and schedule updates
• Support job site visits and quality control checks as required
• Assist with project forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination

Requirements
Education:
