As a Beta Project Manager, you'll manage and support our customers' product tests (i.e., beta tests). This is a dynamic role that puts you in front of many of the most influential and innovative names in technology. What You'll Do as a Beta Project Manager

  • Become an expert at our platform and process
  • Work with our customers to scope projects to meet their goals
  • Identify ideal targeted test candidates based on customer requirements
  • Collaborate on test logistics including unit shipping and retrieval
  • Triage customer feedback and generate detailed reports
  • Support ongoing customer data needs (generating custom reports, etc.)
  • Study feedback to provide insightful observations and analytics
  • Present results and recommendations to customers

What You Need to Do the Job
