  • Our Data and Analytics solutions (DAS) department is seeking for highly motivated and tech-savvy entry-level Data analytics engineer to join our analytics team. If you're passionate about turning data into insights and enabling smarter decisions in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, youโ€™ll be instrumental in building and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that empower insight-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager โ€“ Data Analytics within the Enterprise Data organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and uncover trends, develop transformation logic, and craft compelling data stories that make raw data meaningful and actionable. What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:
  • Data Democratization related activities to drive data drivel decision making culture at TMNA
  • Develop and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps
  • Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools
  • Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams
  • Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiatives
  • Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats
  • Perform data profiling and recommend quality rules to enhance trust and usability
  • Ensure consistency in data processes and champion best practices in data analytics
  • Document processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiatives
Requirements:
Qualifications/ What You Bring:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience. In total 10+ Years of experience.
  • 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
  • 7-8 years of experience in some of these technologies:
  • Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME
  • 5-6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure
  • Proficient in complex SQL and Excel
  • 7-8 years of experience in researching new data sources and build insightful dashboards.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and cloud-based storage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical data into business insights
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
Added Bonus If You Have (Preferred):
  • Experience in Data Democratization projects
  • Data Analysis/Analytics certifications.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • AWS or Azure Data certifications.
  • Exposure to Python or R
Compensation:
