Location: Mckinney, TX (4 Days onsite)
Employment Type - Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Data & Business Intelligence (BI) team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, tracking resource capacity, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of data and BI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple Data & BI projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across Data and BI teams.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address bottlenecks.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Support governance processes and help improve project management best practices.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, and resource/capacity planning.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.
