Technical Project Manager – Salesforce Data Cloud
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite in Summerlin)
Type: Contract (6 Months+ Potential Extension)

Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives focused on Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and enterprise data strategy. This role will drive Agile delivery across multiple platforms while partnering closely with Product Management, Business Applications, Data Engineering, and Development teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong background managing Salesforce ecosystems within complex enterprise environments and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, technical dependencies, and large-scale data initiatives. Experience within gaming, interactive entertainment, or digital media environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Project Delivery
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple technical teams while maintaining project timelines and stakeholder visibility.
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and roadmap execution.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized epics, features, and user stories.
Technical Project & Solution Management
  • Manage enterprise initiatives spanning Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ).
  • Oversee cross-platform dependencies involving Salesforce, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Dynamics 365, Pricefx, and other enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams.
Azure DevOps Governance
  • Maintain project governance utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Ensure accurate tracking of epics, features, stories, defects, and dependencies.
  • Monitor sprint health, velocity metrics, and delivery performance.
  • Provide project status reporting and executive-level communications.
Data Strategy & Governance
  • Support initiatives involving Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including:
    • Data Model Objects (DMOs)
    • Identity Resolution
    • Calculated Insights
    • Snowflake Data Sharing
  • Facilitate discussions around customer, product, pricing, and revenue data governance.
  • Coordinate technical teams responsible for data integration and enterprise reporting.
Change Management & Business Adoption
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Support organizational change initiatives tied to Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
  • Drive communication, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Strong background utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and sprint management.
