Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Englewood, CO that is seeking a Project Manager - Data Migration Delivery.
Summary:
In this role, the Project Manager owns the integrated delivery plan, RAID log, dependency management, and reporting across all migration waves. This role serves as the operational backbone of the program, ensuring sprint cadence, cross-stream coordination, and client-facing delivery transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and maintain the integrated program plan across all delivery waves
* Manage the RAID log, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of blockers and dependencies
* Drive sprint planning, velocity tracking, and two-week delivery cadence
* Produce weekly and monthly reporting covering risks, KPIs, burn-down, and milestone status
* Coordinate client-facing delivery activities including Sprint Reviews and milestone gate preparation
* Manage JIRA backlog, story tracking, and cross-stream dependency alignment
* Support Product Owner engagement and story acceptance processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP or equivalent certification preferred
* 10+ years of project management experience in data engineering, analytics, or cloud programs
* Strong Agile delivery background with experience running blended onshore/offshore teams
* Proven ability to manage integrated plans across multiple concurrent workstreams
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence required; familiarity with enterprise data platforms preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
