This is a full-time, on-site position located in Akron, OH.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Transmission Strategy & Engagement, the Program Manager - Transmission is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and business performance objectives for stand-alone Transmission. This position will partner with stand-alone Transmission's senior leadership team to synchronize strategy and financial planning reporting processes, drive cross-functional initiatives and governance, deliver impactful executive analysis and data insights, and streamline communications, reporting, and project execution to advance transmission segment goals in a continuous improvement culture.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic counsel and operational support to the stand-alone Transmission leadership team.
  • Monitor, track, and sequence processes, procedures, and communications of within team.
  • Facilitate governance processes and frameworks utilized in process and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to completion with clear accountability.
  • Utilize and gather data from multiple sources to produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, rates & regulatory strategy, or operations.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in synthesizing complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to align operational, regulatory and financial priorities with organizational goals.
  • Analytical expertise and data management: Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
