Description Saalex Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Saint Inigoes, MD. Saalex is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services. Position Type: Full-Time/Contingent Salary: $79K-$201K (depending on experience) Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office (see onsite requirements below). **Onsite Requirements: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite at Saint Inigoes, MD. Essential Functions: * The ideal candidate will have experience with planning, directing, or coordinating the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations.
* Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources that are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.
* Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort.
* Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and program/project issues. Oversee contractor execution of the TO requirements. Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
* Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: * Minimum eight years of experience required
* At least four of those years must have included military C6ISR experience in the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of multiple projects in the design, systems engineering, or field service.
* At least four of the eight years must have included management or supervisory experience.
* Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Education: Master's Degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, or a Computer Science or IT discipline. Security Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance (SSBI) required, interim TS acceptable to start.
