Enterprise Program Manager Location: Cayce, SC Hybrid, 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote per Week Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online Duration: 12 Months Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2) Experience Required: 07+ Years Work Requirement: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed. Project Scope: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead large-scale IT modernization and transformation initiatives.

This role will focus on upgrading and migrating financial and administrative systems to modern platforms, improving system efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business and technical strategies. The candidate will play a key role in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage enterprise-level modernization programs and system migration initiatives Coordinate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and roadmap Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects including enhancements, upgrades, and new system implementations Provide strategic recommendations on technology adoption, architecture, and governance Manage program risks, timelines, resources, and deliverables Guide Business Analysts in requirement gathering, prioritization, and documentation Ensure smooth integration of business and technical requirements into DevOps processes Monitor and report program performance, risks, and overall health to leadership Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and change management policies Lead team coordination, stakeholder communication, and regular status meetings Support development and implementation of enterprise policies and best practices Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT modernization or system upgrade initiatives 5+ years managing cross-functional technical teams (BA, Development, Architecture, Operations) 5+ years of experience in DevOps environments (Agile, CI/CD, backlog management) 5+ years working with modern development frameworks (Angular or similar) 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions, including workflow automation, data integration, and low-code/no-code components.

5+ years of experience ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and change management standards in enterprise or government environments. 5+ years of experience supporting or leading Financial and Administrative application modernization, including enhancements, defect remediation, and stabilization. Strong experience in system migration, integration, and enterprise platform transitions Experience conducting current-state/future-state analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, CJIS, etc.) PMP Certification (preferred) Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
