  • Support tariff invoice review processes by gathering supplier documentation, cost breakdowns, logistics data, and import-related details common to Tier-1 operations.
  • Develop, document, and refine processes, SOPs, and workflow tools that support tariff compliance, invoice accuracy, and supply chain traceability-ensuring Tier-1 alignment with OEM audit expectations.
  • Coordinate meetings with cross-functional partners including Purchasing, Costing, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining full visibility for leadership and team members.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication for internal coordination and supplier interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, and global suppliers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) and comfort working with procurement systems, ERP data, or supplier portals.

  • Familiarity with automotive components, BOM structures, engineering changes (ECR/ECN), import documentation, or tariff classifications.
  • Experience supporting AP workflows, supplier cost validation, or invoice discrepancy resolution.
