- Conduct comprehensive legal research and apply established legal research methodologies to a wide range of subject areas.
- Review, analyze, and interpret contracts, legal documents, and regulatory materials with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform detailed document review, including large volumes of legal documentation, to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and potential legal risks.
- Support litigation-related workflows, including litigation support, discovery and eDiscovery tasks, and review of litigation documentation.
- Draft, refine, and edit legal content, including summaries, analyses, and written explanations of legal issues and findings.
- Interpret case law and statutes, and clearly explain legal concepts, reasoning, and outcomes in writing.
- Provide structured written feedback on complex legal content to support AI training, data annotation, and quality assurance processes.
- Evaluate complex legal materials and apply strong judgment and critical thinking to assess relevance, risk, and consistency.
- Collaborate with attorneys, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, and legal operations functions in a support capacity.
- Leverage legal research platforms and document management systems to organize, track, and manage legal materials efficiently.

Essential Skills
