We are actively expanding our Data & Analytics practice and seeking experienced professionals ready to deliver measurable impact for clients across a variety of industries.

We are seeking a results-driven Manager to lead data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements for clients across a variety of industries. Managers oversee day-to-day engagement delivery, mentor Consultants, collaborate with senior client stakeholders, and serve as trusted advisors in delivering data-driven solutions that improve business processes, reporting, automation, and decision-making.

 

What you might expect:

  • Lead data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements across a variety of industries.
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of dashboards, reports, analytics solutions, and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Lead the transformation, cleansing, and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop scalable data-driven solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving finance, accounting, FP&A, operational reporting, technology implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and review client-ready analyses, dashboards, presentations, reporting packages, and executive-level insights.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implementation of analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Mentor Consultants by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Participate in proposal development, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.

 

What you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business transformation, finance transformation, data engineering, analytics consulting, and/or technology consulting.
  • Experience leading data analytics, automation, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives within a consulting, professional services, finance, or corporate environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering data-driven business solutions for internal or external stakeholders.

 

What sets you apart:

  • Experience leading analytics solutions using one or more business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience leading workflow automation, ETL, or process automation initiatives using Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
  • Experience programming with Python, SQL, R, or other analytics-focused programming languages to develop scalable business solutions.
  • Experience working with relational databases, cloud data platforms, data engineering, data modeling, or solution architecture technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
  • Experience partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, or business operations teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Experience leading project teams, mentoring junior professionals, and serving as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • CPA or other relevant professional certification.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Experience managing enterprise reporting environments, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale data modernization projects.
