Job Summary:
Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational data to improve distribution performance and support data-driven decision-making. Focuses on executing well-defined analytic work with growing autonomy. This involves creating new analyses, and dashboards, or updating more complex dashboards/reporting. The role develops reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. This position collaborates closely with management and business partners to define analytical requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical reasoning, data storytelling, and attention to data quality are essential. This role provides mentorship to junior analysts.
distribution operations across multiple facilities within the Americas region (primary focus will be in supporting the West Henrietta Distribution site and its operational departments; including but not limited to, Small Pack, Picking, Bulk, International, Kitting, QIC, Replenishment/Inbound, Operations Training, Finished Goods, etc.). This role partners with operational leaders and cross-functional departmental teams to translate business questions into actionable insights that support labor planning, productivity improvement, performance management, and cost-reduction initiatives. Primary impact is at the operational level to assist in decision-making and deliver information but may create one-time data pulls for senior management or above as well. Output consists of delivering analysis, dashboards, reports, and insights, and reporting on pre-defined metrics/KPIs using established datasets, and reporting standards.
