Job description

Impact Scale LLC is seeking an execution-focused, highly analytical Campaign Analytics Manager to join our core campaign operations division. This is a pure, performance-driven operations role focused on launching, monitoring, and aggressively scaling high-volume outbound SMS and email initiatives.
Please note: Creative copywriting is not the focus of this position.

In this role, you will work closely with our existing team of campaign managers to protect margins, eliminate media inefficiencies, and scale high-yielding traffic pathways. You will act as the data-driven engine behind our outbound distribution, operating at a high velocity where marginal improvements translate directly into massive scale.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution Performance Tuning

  • End-to-End Management: Launch, monitor, and manage high-volume daily SMS and email campaigns with zero operational friction.

  • Margin Optimization: Continuously monitor live traffic metrics to maximize ROIand ensure all active outbound initiatives operate within high-margin profiles.

  • Deliverability Auditing: Aggressively monitor inboxing rates, domain health, cell carrier filtering, and Click-Through Rates (CTRs) across diverse messaging providers to protect delivery pipelines.

  • Collaboration Scale: Partner closely with other internal campaign managers to rapidly share performance insights, isolate wins, and scale winning strategies across business lines.

Data Analytics List Engineering

  • Data-Backed Optimization: Analyze deep campaign datasets to identify trends and implement rapid adjustments that lift conversion rates and engagement metrics.

  • List Segment Engineering: Clean, organize, and optimize incoming lead lists based on historical user engagement, demographic profiles, and conversion history.

  • Structured Split Testing: Design and execute complex A/B and multivariate tests on list segments, message timing windows, and specific layout blocks.

  • Governance Tracking: Maintain pristine, real-time performance dashboards, testing logs, and executive campaign reporting frameworks.

Qualifications Skills

  • Experience Level: 2–5 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, outbound lead generation, or direct-response campaign operations.

  • Channel Expertise: Deep hands-on experience running, troubleshooting, and scaling high-volume SMS and/or email campaigns.

  • Analytical Fluency: Data-focused mindset with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and direct-response tracking analytics.

  • KPI Mastery: Thorough, native understanding of outbound performance metrics, specifically Earnings Per Click (EPC), ROI, CTR, and deliverability mechanics Growth Talent.

  • Core Attributes: Highly organized, relentless execution speed, comfortable handling high data volumes, and a clear, responsive communication style.

  • Location Requirement: Must be local to the Vancouver, WA / Portland Metro area and fully available for in-office collaboration at our Downtown Vancouver office at least 3 days per week(subject to change).
