About the Role:
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing standardized reporting and ad hoc analytics that help Subway achieve their goals and business objectives. This role collaborates with Business team and Analytics team leaders on large and small data and reporting projects around the globe. This role is responsible for coaching and developing team members to further advance business knowledge and analytical skillset.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently designs and manages analyses from start to finish, including but not limited to holding meetings with requestors to ensure the analysis answers as many questions as possible, manages timing/expectation and on time project
  • Analysis and communication/presentation of actionable results.
  • Interact with key partners such as business team and IT partners.
  • Conduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested
  • Acts as strategic consultant for the company to help interpret data to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration
  • Strong analytic skills and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal experience
  • Strong Business Intelligence experience in Report and Dashboard development using Tableau.
  • Strong SQL Development/scripting (Amazon Redshift preferred)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience meeting with business team members to gather requests and vague requirements turn into actions (reports, process improvements, data warehouse enhancements, etc.)
  • Experience building workflows in Alteryx.
  • Ability to partner with IT resources and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • AI/ML/Data science experience is a plus.
  • HTML code writing skills is a plus.
  • Experience with Interworks Creator is a desired.
  • Knowledge of Quick Serve Restaurant business and operations preferred
  • Proven track record for coaching, developing and mentoring direct reports preferred

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $ 105,000-$131,350 annually
Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
