Job description

Position Overview

The Senior Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Finance and serves as a key finance business partner supporting our financial operations. This role partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Leadership to provide financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analytical support that drives operational performance and informed decision-making.

The Senior Analyst is responsible for preparing and delivering timely financial reporting, developing and maintaining operational KPIs, supporting the annual budget and forecasting processes, and providing actionable analysis related to plant performance, labor productivity, material costs, inventory management, capital expenditures, and manufacturing operations. Working collaboratively across Finance and Operations, this role helps improve financial visibility, identifies opportunities to enhance performance, and supports execution of key operational and strategic initiatives.

The Senior Analyst also partners closely with the Senior Director of Finance to standardize management reporting, strengthen financial processes, and drive continuous improvement across Manufacturing Solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and analyze MUV and labor utilization across multiple sites
  • Evaluate and report on WIP usage and variances
  • Set and measure savings targets with Plant Directors
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations
  • Ad hoc reporting requirements, as necessary


Professional Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience (5+ years) in Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) background, preferably in a global industrial manufacturing environment and in positions with increasing responsibility
  • Engaging leader with strong analytical, financial and systems skills
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience in a private equity environment is a plus
  • Limited travel required (25%)


The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and hands-on, with strong manufacturing finance experience and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. To excel in this role, the candidate should be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of the stakeholders, and have an ability to take existing reporting/analysis to the next level.

This position may be based remotely with the ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
