Location: Pensacola, FL or Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Role Overview
This role provides operational, analytical, and technical support for workforce reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions. The position is responsible for maintaining data pipelines, supporting reporting platforms, performing data quality validation, documenting processes, and executing testing activities that improve the reliability and operational effectiveness of workforce analytics products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day ETL operations and production reporting processes.
  • Perform data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Assist with dashboard and reporting support for business intelligence tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management materials.
  • Support testing, regression validation, and quality assurance activities for data pipelines and reporting changes.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to improve the reliability of analytics products.
Required Qualifications
A candidate should have at least two years of experience in data analytics. Experience supporting data integration, reporting, or business intelligence environments is required. Candidates must have working knowledge of SQL, GitHub, Python, and Databricks. Experience with data validation, data reconciliation, and quality assurance processes is necessary, along with experience developing or supporting ETL pipelines. The role requires analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, is also required.
