Job description

  • JOB SUMMARY
    •  
    • The Data & Analytics Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the intake, coordination, and delivery of analytics work across Berkshire Health Systems’ analytics hub-and-spoke model. This role serves as the primary connector between analytics teams, clinical and operational partners, IT, Quality, and other spokes—ensuring analytics initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, delivered, and adopted.

      This role complements the Director of Analytics by focusing on portfolio execution, delivery flow, and cross-functional coordination, enabling timely and high-value analytics outcomes without being embedded in technical build or analytics production work.

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience:
        • Three years of experience in project management, portfolio management, analytics delivery, healthcare operations, IT delivery, or related roles.
        • Experience coordinating work across cross-functional teams in a complex healthcare environment.
    • Education:
        • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field required.
    • Licensure & Certifications:
        • None.

      • Strong portfolio, program, or project delivery management skills.
      • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
