What You Will Work On

Focus on driving sales, managing inventory, and supporting strong category performance. Work includes leading category management processes, analyzing data, and aligning decisions with financial goals. Efforts help shape strategies that influence both customer experience and business outcomes.

You'll guide product lifecycles, negotiate vendor terms, and stay connected to market dynamics. Collaboration with partners across merchandising, eCommerce, and sourcing keeps information flowing and initiatives aligned. Each day brings a mix of strategy, problemsolving, and handson execution.

Who You Will Work With

This role partners frequently with Assistant Buyers, suppliers, global sourcing, and crossfunctional category teams. These relationships support informed decisions and smooth execution.

You'll also collaborate with eCommerce, merchandising, and planning partners to align assortment, promotions, and business strategies.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data

  • Skill in managing multiple categories in a fastpaced environment

  • Experience mentoring or coaching others

  • Ability to develop strong vendor relationships

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

Work Style and Physical Requirements
  • Up to 15% travel including domestic and international trips

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Regular in-office attendance is required

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
