Job Title
Sales Analyst, Commissions
Job Description
As a Sales Analyst for Commissions, you will manage and optimize critical processes and tools that power sales planning, commissions, and performance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely payouts while driving efficiency, insight, and success across multiple business units.
Your role:
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant commission payments by interpreting compensation plans, validating sales crediting, and managing monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
  • Ensure cases logged by the sales teams are thoroughly researched and resolved within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Resolve compensation disputes and escalations with stakeholders to maintain trust and data integrity.
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement Business Process Services (SEBPS) and Incentive Compensation Design (ICD) teams to support Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) design and implementation, including full participation in new-year User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to validate data and solve complex compensation-related challenges. Operate independently with strong judgment, applying specialized expertise to influence process improvements and drive consistent, well-governed commission operations.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, sales support, order management, or other related fields of work.
  • Your skills include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. PivotTables, advanced formulas, data validation) to perform complex data analysis and create dynamic reports (required). You also have experience with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Access, OneBI, PowerBI, Tableau, Anaplan, Workday, and ServiceMax (preferred).
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, finance, data analytics, or other related fields of study, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $89,000 to $141,000 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within commuting distance to the Philips office location in Nashville, TN.
