LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with organizations across healthcare, finance, technology, manufacturing, and professional services seeking experienced Data Analysts who can transform complex data into actionable business insights.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large-scale datasets, building dashboards and reports, identifying trends, and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions. We are open to professionals with experience across multiple analytics disciplines, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and real-time analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis to understand historical performance and root causes.
  • Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives by leveraging statistical models and data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze real-time data feeds and operational metrics where applicable.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across reporting environments.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to support data warehouse, ETL, and data integration efforts.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as:
    • Power BI
    • Tableau
    • Looker
    • Similar reporting platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale databases, data warehouses, or large data management environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.

Actual salary is based on experience, skills, education and individual opportunity.

Pay Transparency Statement:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions. Eligible employees may also have access to benefits, incentive programs, bonus opportunities, and other forms of compensation, as applicable. Additional details regarding compensation and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
