SUMMARY

Q2 is seeking a Project Manager to support Q2's Risk & Fraud Management Continuous Delivery team, responsible for leading complex financial institution transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, core conversions, and platform migrations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless client transitions during high-impact events where precision, coordination, and execution are essential to success.

The Project Manager will own and drive cross-functional project plans aligned to merger and conversion timelines, coordinating closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients. This includes managing key milestones, mitigating risks, and leading activities tied to critical conversion events, including required weekend implementations.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of managing competing priorities while confidently interfacing with clients to resolve technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

This position is based in Q2 offices and does not require travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Present findings and recommendations to management through clear and concise reports. Should be able to understand and design What-if models for project P&L and resource allocationsProcess Improvement: Evaluate existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor their impact.Project Management: Assist in planning and executing operational projects. Track project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinating any major transitions within the company, such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes. Generate reports & dashboard related to Program health considering cost, efficiency, timelines etc.EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.Project Management Methodology exposure preferred (PMP or PMI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience building documentation and project plans using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPointGood hands-on experience of MS Visio, Lucid charts etc.Exposure to Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, PowerBI etcExperience managing expectations and providing creative solutions to priority conflicts for high-profile clients.Ability to develop new initiatives and processes that produce higher levels of customer satisfaction while reducing expenses and shortening project durations.Capable of assessing project risks and related mitigation steps.Client first attitude and commitment to satisfactionStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent people and teamwork skills.Attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with Salesforce (or other CRM tools) and SharePoint preferred.Financial Services and enterprise software experience preferred.
