Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has hands-on experience with Keyedin and Power BI to provide real-time project data analytics. The ideal candidate will excel in managing projects and delivering comprehensive insights into project and resource performance, financial health, and other key metrics. Proficiency in both Keyedin and Power BI is essential, along with a background in project management or business and data analysis. The candidate should be adept at streamlining processes and optimizing project management practices using these tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the KeyedIn tool for project management and portfolio optimization, and enhance reporting with Power BI.
  • Integrate data from KeyedIn with other organizational systems (such as HR systems and finance software) into Power BI to provide a comprehensive view of resource utilization across multiple projects, departments, and business units. Create visualizations to quickly identify cost overruns, assess project profitability, and forecast financial trends.
  • Input data into KeyedIn, including project timelines, resource allocation, costs, and budgets. Establish a data sync to Power BI using either a built-in connector or an API for real-time data integration.
  • Develop live dashboards that pull project data (such as milestone completion and resource hours logged) from KeyedIn and present it in a clear, actionable format. Regularly review these dashboards to gain insights into project health and make decisions to reallocate resources or adjust project timelines as needed.
  • Set up alerts in Power BI based on specific thresholds (e.g., when project budgets exceed a certain percentage or resource utilization is lower than expected) to report and mitigate risks if any key metric in KeyedIn falls outside desired parameters, enabling timely intervention.
  • Conduct process reengineering activities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO office.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Total Project/Program Management Experience:12+Years
  • Keyedin Project Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Power BI Experience: 3-5 Years
  • Proven experience in implementing Keyedin tool for project management and portfolio optimization
  • Strong expertise with Power BI and providing reports data metrics to Sr leadership
  • Strong background in process reengineering and business analysis for PMO office
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
