How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage a team of 3
  • Generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, business, and marketing
  • Create financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions related to driving new revenue for the organization
  • Analyze profitability of clients to identify areas for improvement and new sales opportunities
  • Develop and track metrics related to salesperson ROI
  • Manage collection, production, and distribution of various sales and client data to develop analytics
  • Work within the database and visualization tools to build new analytics and reports (end-user, no coding required)
  • Utilize AI tools to implement efficiencies across the data tech stack and provide additional insights to end users
  • Work across various business units to collect data, with an understanding of trends and context
  • Lead complex or high profile projects that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions and make recommendations
  • Assist in the production of presentation decks for senior management
  • Assist in the design and execution of strategic transformation projects within the sales organization
  • Responsible for data quality and maintenance
  • Create and maintain documentation analysis tasks
  • Assist in additional project work as needed
  • Accountable for completing task assignments and meeting deadlines with quality deliverables
  • Quickly learn new technologies to effectively execute responsibilities

Required Experience

  • Strong interest or experience in AI, mapping out workflows, and implementing AI processes
  • Ability to quickly read and understand profit-and-loss income statements
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in high-pressure, high-workload environment to meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with senior executives and sales leadership
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior leadership teams

  • 4-6 years' experience working in Sales Operations, Data Analysis ,Financial Analysis or related
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
