    • Ensure master data readiness to support:
      • MRP accuracy and stability
      • Available-to-Promise (ATP) functionality
      • Production scheduling and capacity planning
    • Partner with Planning and Operations to align data with network strategy, lead times, and sourcing decisions
    • Identify and resolve data-related issues impacting supply chain performance
  • Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and monitor KPIs for master data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
    • Implement data validation rules, workflow approvals, and audit controls within D365
    • Lead data cleansing and standardization initiatives
    • Drive root cause analysis for data-related errors impacting operations or financial results
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams
    • Translate business requirements into master data structures and system configuration
    • Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments related to D365
  • Transformation & Systems Integration
    • Support ERP and planning system enhancements (e.g., D365 and Oracle EPM integration)
    • Ensure master data alignment across systems
    • Participate in transformation initiatives to reduce complexity and improve scalability
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP master data management, preferably in D365 F&O
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Item master, BOMs/formulas, and routing structures
