The Opportunity

Procurement has stoodupa new Data & Analytics team inside our Center of Excellence, and this is one of its first hires. The team is chartered to build the analytical backbone for the entire Procurement organization - Direct and Indirect Sourcing,Purchasing, Supplier Quality Engineering, and Cost Reduction. As the team's Senior Analyst, youwon'tinherit legacy reports;you'llbuild thefunction'sfirst spend cube, its first live Oracle Fusion Analytics dashboards, and the automated data pipelines behind them.

Your work will be highly visible: the dashboards and insights you build will be the reporting foundation that Procurement and executive leadership rely on to steer cost reduction, supplier performance, and supply continuity decisions across a global medical device business.You'llbe a part of a small team, by design, where we push each other to be innovative, forward-thinkingand high performing.

What You'll Build in Year One

  • Spend Cube:Partner with the Data & Analytics Manager to design and deliver Procurement's first spend cube (supplier commodity cost center) in Oracle Fusion Analytics

  • Live Dashboards:Replace manual, ad-hoc reporting processes with live, self-service dashboards for spend, supplier performance, and category views

  • Product Analytics:Build repeatable product-line dashboards covering forecasting, supplier quality, and supply risk - then automate the data pipelines behind them

  • Data Quality Foundation:Helpestablishdata ownership, validation, and a "clean in, clean out" standard across Oracle Cloud, Workday Sourcing, and connected systems

  • Predictive Readiness:Contribute to exception-based reporting and the roadmap toward predictive analytics and AI-readiness

Essential Functions

  • Develop,maintain, and improve procurement dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks across all ZOLL ACT sites

  • Analyze procurement spend across suppliers, commodities, and sites to surface savings opportunities and support cost reduction initiatives

  • Translate complex, multi-system data into clear, actionable insights for Purchasing, Sourcing, SQE, and leadership stakeholders

  • Design and automate recurring reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving data reliability

  • Develop andmaintainsupplier performance reporting and scorecards

  • Support cost and price variance analysis and procurement-related financial metrics

  • Maintain andvalidatekey procurement and planning data within Oracle Cloud; champion data quality at the source

  • Analyze demand, supply, and inventory trends toidentifymaterial risks and operational impacts

  • Provide analytical support to buyers andpurchasingteams, balancing strategic build work with operational needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field

  • 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, procurement, supply chain, or related analytical functions

  • Proficiencyin SQL and structuring large, multi-source datasets for analysis

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in a modern BI platform (Oracle Fusion Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and data modeling

  • Proven ability to convert findings into actionable business insights and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with procurement, sourcing, planning, or inventory data in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience working within ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud

  • Experience with spend analysis, supplier performance reporting, or KPI development

  • Exposure to data pipeline automation, exception-based reporting, or predictive analytics

Deep procurement domain expertise is notrequired- we will teach you procurement.We'reprioritizing analytical horsepower, curiosity, and the ability to build.

This team develops people deliberately. You'll join with a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plan, a competency framework spanning five priority areas (data modeling, insights generation, visualization, business acumen, and financial acumen), an individual development plan built in your first quarter, and a clear progression path within a growing analytics function. By the end of year one,you'llindependently own multiple reporting workstreams.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S., with periodic onsite collaboration at our Chelmsford, MA site (approximately quarterly, plus onboarding). Candidates local to the Boston area who prefer a hybrid arrangement are equally welcome.

The annual salary for this position is:

$90,000.00 to $110,000.00
