Darling Consulting Group (DCG) is a leading national provider of balance sheet and model risk management consulting services and a related suite of online analytical software decision-making tools for banks and credit unions. We are seeking a progressive Sales and Marketing Analytics Manager to be a part of our sales organization to optimize our sales processes, transform our commercial intelligence capability, and accelerate lead generation through data-driven insights.
Reporting to DCG's Head of Marketing and collaborating with sales and across all departments, this role acts as the architect of our data-driven pipeline ecosystem, equally balancing data analysis, process/systems architecture, and business strategy to demonstrably turn information into revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Lead Generation: Analyze industry, client, prospect, and buyer intent data to create actionable intelligence to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Management: Proactively uncover whitespace and cross-selling opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, and identify high-potential targets.
  • Campaign and Event Optimization: Work with Salesforce and HubSpot to help initiate and automate strategic marketing campaigns. Execute hands-on event planning, analysis, and coordination across sales channels.
  • CRM and Technology Platform Power User: Lead as a power user of DCG's commercial technology. Own CRM hygiene, technology stack optimization, and initiate cross-departmental collaboration to influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Build and deliver regular sales, funnel, opportunity, and campaign metrics reporting. Develop executive dashboards to analyze win/loss trends, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI-Powered Tools: Improve prospect identification, data analysis, reporting efficiency, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10+ years of sales and marketing data analysis experience with a proven track record of improving lead generation in a consultative selling environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (vlookups, pivot tables), along with strong experience working with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Data Management: Expertise in collecting, organizing, and interpreting large datasets, report writing, and utilizing data visualization tools.
  • Communication: Outstanding ability to present complex data-insights clearly.
  • Mindset: A curious, confident, self-starting critical thinker who thrives in a highly collaborative, values-driven culture.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Experience working with banks or credit unions.
