The Mission Praescient Analytics is looking for an entrepreneurial Targeting Analyst, Team Lead to provide expert-level analysis within the counterterrorism and counternarcotics domains. This isn't just a desk job; you will be responsible for developing targets, analyzing formal reporting to generate actionable courses of action, and alerting the U.S. Government to emerging global threats. The ideal candidate possesses the technical "hunter" mindset required to exploit data independently while maintaining the leadership presence necessary to manage complex projects and mentor a high-performing team. Your Impact As the Targeting Lead, you will provide mission-critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by: * Target Development: Identifying and vetting targets through the exploitation, processing, and visualization of large, complex datasets. * Rapid Assessment: Independently triaging high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment to identify intelligence gaps and threat indicators. * Project Management: Managing the operational health of ongoing projects, including budget reviews, schedule management, and status reporting. * Operational Liaison: Serving as the bridge between project teams, line management, and the client to resolve issues and meet quality objectives. * Strategic Communication: Crafting and delivering a wide spectrum of analytic products that address national and global security concerns. Required Qualifications: * Security Clearance: Must possess an active, current TS/SCI with polygraph. * Experience & Education: * 12 years of experience with a BS/BA OR * 10 years of experience with an MS/MA OR * 16 years of experience with a High School Diploma. * Subject Matter Expertise: 10+ years of experience in at least three of the following: * All-Source Analysis * HUMINT Targeting * Counterterrorism Operations * Counternarcotics Analysis * Intelligence Support to Law Enforcement * Leadership: Proven experience mentoring junior targeteers or analysts and managing supervisory duties. * Operational Flexibility: Experience with 24x7x365 operations and the ability to adapt to dynamic, unexpected customer requirements. * Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex information in both oral and written formats to senior stakeholders. *U.S. Citizenship is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 to $160,000.00 (annualized USD).
