Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Warehousing.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL, including complex querying, optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and database design.
  • Proven experience developing enterprise dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Experience creating semantic models, datasets, data marts, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of BI architecture, reporting governance, and analytics best practices.
  • Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale reporting solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and large-volume data processing solutions.
  • Design and maintain dimensional and relational data models to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Drive data quality, reporting governance, and BI best practices across the organization.
  • Build interactive dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions using Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Define reporting standards, semantic models, KPI frameworks, and visualization best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Lead technical teams and mentor developers, analysts, and BI engineers.
  • Participate in BI architecture reviews and data platform strategy discussions.
  • Ensure optimal report performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
  • Support release planning, production deployments, and ongoing reporting enhancements.
