Job description

Job Title:         Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Industry
Duration:         2 Years (Possible Extension)
Location:         Waterloo, IA 50704
Shift:                1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Technology, Business, CS, Data Analytics, or related)
  • Open to recent graduates (manufacturing internships preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn; comfortable working on the shop floor

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing and quality process analysis and improvements
  • Assist with feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions
  • Help draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications
  • Perform quality inspections under supervision; recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as a point of contact
  • Identify process gaps and support change management initiatives
  • Support product development, testing, and customer requirement analysis
