Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support Facilities Supply Chain operations, program management initiatives, data analytics, and strategic program development. This role provides hands-on experience working across operational teams to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, optimize material and service delivery, and support continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, an interest in operations and supply chain management, and the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Supply Chain Support
• Assist with supply chain process improvements focused on efficiency, cost management, and operational reliability.
• Partner with internal teams to identify demand requirements, track deliverables, and support execution of supply strategies.
• Assist in documenting workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
Program Management Support
• Assist in supporting cross-functional programs and operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly communicated.
• Support development of scalable processes and governance models.
Data Analytics and Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve business decision-making.
• Support KPI development and performance tracking related to cost, service levels, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
Program Development and Continuous Improvement
• Assist in identifying automation opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and communication tools to support program adoption.
• Participate in problem-solving activities using data-driven approaches.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following areas:
• Data Analytics
• Supply Chain Management
• Operations Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience and knowledge in the following:
• Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tools
• SQL or database concepts
• Process mapping and continuous improvement methods
• Project management tools
• Supply chain fundamentals

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $62,400.00-84,300.00 USD (Hourly Role)
