Job Summary:
Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, focused on sustainable solutions. They are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their Global Data Analytics team, where the role involves delivering scalable analytics solutions by translating business needs and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into scalable data models, technical specifications, and delivery plans
• Design and maintain modern data platforms (warehouse / lakehouse) using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, including advanced calculations and visualizations
• Enable data‑driven decisions by defining KPIs and delivering actionable insights
• Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python for efficient data transformation
• Drive data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data optimization
• Proven experience with Python and Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for building scalable analytics solutions and dashboards
