Role Summary

The Logistics Planning amp; Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing logistics operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple warehouse operations. Working closely with warehouse management teams in Texas and Illinois, as well as corporate headquarters in Korea, this entry-to-junior level role will drive operational efficiency and service excellence. Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Candidates with prior experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transportation, or operations planning are highly preferred.

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with WMS, ERP, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools is a strong plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in process improvement, KPI management, or operational performance analysis. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
