The Logistics Planning amp; Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing logistics operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple warehouse operations. Working closely with warehouse management teams in Texas and Illinois, as well as corporate headquarters in Korea, this entry-to-junior level role will drive operational efficiency and service excellence. • Logistics amp; Operational Analytics: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to track KPIs and conduct root cause analysis.

• Bilingual Communication (English/Korean): Effective written and verbal communication skills for seamless cross-functional and global collaboration.

• Reporting amp; Presentation: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare detailed management reports and business reviews.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze logistics and warehouse operational performance data and prepare management reports and performance summaries.

• Project Monitoring: Monitor the progress of operational improvement projects and ensure timely execution of action plans.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and develop improvement ideas to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking.

• Global amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate directly with warehouse operations teams in Texas and Illinois, as well as corporate headquarters in Korea.

• Reporting amp; Reviews: Prepare comprehensive presentations, reports, and business reviews for management meetings.

• KPI Management: Assist in KPI management, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up. Support special projects and additional assignments as required by business needs.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Candidates with prior experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transportation, or operations planning are highly preferred.

• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with WMS, ERP, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools is a strong plus.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in process improvement, KPI management, or operational performance analysis. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Analytical amp; Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to evaluate operational metrics and translate data into actionable improvement strategies.

• Time amp; Task Management: Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in reporting and timely execution of project plans.
