Job Duties and Responsibilities
The streaming landscape faces the challenge of fragmented customer data across web, mobile, and living room devices, making a unified view of the subscriber journey difficult to achieve. This role solves that complexity by bridging technical datasets with actionable business strategy to optimize marketing spend and conversion efficiency. You will address the critical need to correlate playback quality and content affinity with long-term retention, transforming raw behavioral signals into executive-level intelligence that drives growth.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Deliver a unified view of customer interactions across all streaming platforms using Adobe Analytics to drive integrated business growth
  • Improve conversion rates within the sign-up flow by identifying and resolving UX friction points in both organic and paid marketing channels
  • Reduce churn by establishing clear correlations between playback quality (QoE), viewing behaviors, and long-term customer value
  • Provide senior leadership with high-impact investment recommendations based on synthesized attribution outputs and cross-platform dashboards
  • Leverage AI-driven predictive modeling to forecast subscriber trends and automate anomaly detection within marketing datasets
  • Align marketing analytics with broader departmental OKRs to ensure all data initiatives contribute directly to subscriber scale and profitability

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
