Job Summary

  • The Business Transformation & Analytics Lead (BTAL) supports high-priority initiatives across EKK Eagle America by combining project leadership, data analytics, business applications, and market intelligence to solve complex business problems and improve organizational performance.
  • Working across functions and business divisions, the BTAL serves as a hands-on resource for projects that require structured problem solving, analytical capability, technology, and cross-functional coordination. The role partners with business leaders to turn data into insight, identify opportunities, implement solutions, and improve organizational performance.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with business acumen, curiosity, and the ability to move between detailed hands-on work and broader business challenges.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Business Transformation & Special Projects

  • Lead high-priority cross-functional projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. 
  • Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage actions and risks, and drive projects through successful implementation. 
  • Analyze business problems, identify root causes, develop solutions, and support effective change implementation.

Data & Analytics

  • Collect, organize, and integrate data from ERP systems and other internal and external sources. 
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, models, and analyses to identify trends and actionable insights across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other functions. 
  • Partner with business functions to improve data quality, accessibility, consistency, and usage.

Business Applications, Automation & AI

  • Partner with IT and business functions to identify and implement applications, automation, and AI solutions that improve business processes. 
  • Develop internal tools and support the effective adoption and governance of new technologies. 
  • Serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.

Business & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze internal and external data to assess market size, customer trends, opportunities, and business performance. 
  • Develop models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and business decisions. 

Cross-Functional Business Support

  • Serve as a flexible analytical and project resource for priority business needs that cross traditional functional boundaries.

Qualifications:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Along with relevant experience in analytics, business systems, project management, operations, finance, consulting, or related business functions
  • Strong analytical capability and experience working with complex business data.
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting, ERP systems, databases, automation, or related business technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or international business environment is beneficial.
