At Continental Battery Systems, we want to help you grow! We invest training and resources in our employees, because we know that our people are what make our company a unique and special place to work. We offer great company discounts and a competitive benefits package, while also offering lots of opportunities for you to be your best self! Our focus on safety, wellness, and teamwork are the foundations of how we operate every day. We invite you to see for yourself.

  • Persuasively gain new referrals, generate and qualify leads, and convert prospects into active customers and promoters of our brand.

  • Track regular sales patterns and analyze data for changes in buying habits to grow sales.

  • Provide regular and accurate reporting in our CRM system, documenting all customer-related activities, quotes, and orders.

  • Occasionally perform "hot-shot" deliveries, pick up used batteries, and manage and replenish customer consignments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in an outside sales capacity with high success in profitable sales (or 1+ year in a battery-industry outside sales role).

  • General skill in using Customer Resource Management (CRM) software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications (NetSuite preferred).

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) showing little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years.

  • Ability to safely work in diverse, non-temperature-controlled environments.

  • Physical resilience and strength: ability to push wheeled carts with product weighing over 3,000 lbs, and occasionally carry/lift heavy battery products up to 125 lbs (participation in group lifts for heavier weight is required).
