Summary:
The Data Analytics Lead/Reporting SME is responsible for leading reporting and analytics operations, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. This role ensures accurate tracking of performance metrics, including inventory accuracy and SLA compliance, while supporting system-of-record data integrity and operational performance across enterprise asset management systems.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Asset attestation dashboards (ServiceNow-based)
    • Analyze and report on ServiceNow workflow and ticket performance, including SLA compliance, timeliness, and process efficiency
    • Property Custodian reports (quarterly/semiannual)
  • Integrate data across:
    • Asset Management System
    • ServiceNow
    • Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Lead data quality analysis, validation, and remediation activities to ensure system-of-record accuracy and data integrity across enterprise systems
  • Track and report KPIs including inventory accuracy, SLA compliance, and data completeness
  • Provide leadership and guidance in reporting and analytics activities to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable outputs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and compliance with USPTO asset management policies and federal property accountability standards

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting in enterprise environments
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SQL or advanced analytics tools
  • Federal reporting and ServiceNow analytics experience
