We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to support data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements for clients across a variety of industries. Consultants work closely with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, clients, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and decision-making.

 

What you might expect:

  • Support data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements across a variety of industries.
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide actionable business insights.
  • Design and execute the transformation, cleansing, and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
  • Support workflow automation initiatives using low-code, no-code, and code-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop client-ready analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reporting materials.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation of automation and analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with CFGI professionals and client teams to deliver high-quality client service.

 

What you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business transformation, finance transformation, data engineering, and/or analytics consulting.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, automation solutions, or data analytics projects using business intelligence, analytics, or automation tools.
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, automation, or technology initiatives within a consulting, professional services, finance, or corporate environment.

 

What sets you apart:

  • Experience with one or more data visualization platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with one or more data automation, ETL, or workflow automation technologies, such as Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
  • Experience programming with Python, SQL, R, or other analytics-focused programming languages.
  • Experience working with relational databases, cloud data platforms, data engineering, data modeling, or solution architecture technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms.
  • Experience partnering with finance, accounting, FP&A, or business operations teams to develop data-driven business solutions.

 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • CPA or other relevant professional certification.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Experience managing large datasets, enterprise reporting environments, or digital transformation initiatives.
