Role Summary: Training Specialistย 

Westfield, IN | Onsite

This role focuses on delivering and managing training programs while leveraging data analysis and visualization to track performance and improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions for new hires and employees
  • Create and update training materials and manuals
  • Manage training assignments and tracking via LMS
  • Analyze training data and generate reports
  • Build dashboards and visualizations (Power BI)
  • Monitor training completion and certification metrics
  • Coordinate training schedules and sessions
Key Skills Required
  • Training delivery & facilitation
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Dashboard creation & data visualization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
