Job description

The Sales Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Global Payroll & Sales Compensation team, working alongside the Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to support the accurate and timely administration of Bluebeam's internal sales compensation plans and external channel partner rebate programs. This role provides essential operational capacity, enabling the team to scale commission processing, maintain data integrity, and deliver timely compensation reporting across a growing commission-eligible population.
About the role:
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ) to support accurate and timely commission calculations
  • Calculate compensation owed to internal sales representatives and external channel partners in accordance with active plan documents
  • Support end-to-end commission processing within CaptivateIQ, including data uploads, calculation review, and statement generation, under the guidance of the Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst
  • Communicate compensation results to sales representatives, providing clear breakdowns of earnings, attainment, and deal-level activity
  • Assist in managing and resolving compensation disputes, partnering with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to investigate discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process guides, and reporting systems for sales compensation and channel partner rebate programs
  • Track and administer sales incentive programs including SPIFs, accelerators, and Presidential Club qualifications
  • Support compensation accrual reporting and ensure alignment between payroll, compensation, and financial data
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to sales compensation data, controls, and plan documentation
  • Support the onboarding of new entities into CaptivateIQ as the platform continues to expand across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort in day-to-day compensation operations

About you:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a compensation, sales operations, finance, or analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Ability to understand and work with complex relational datasets across multiple systems

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam's Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.
