The team is seeking a data analyst who will analyze operational data, track the Quality of Experience, and identify problems with the system to ensure an optimal user experience. This person will collaborate closely with multiple teams throughout Apple to influence how we build and operate our system. They will pull and join data from multiple sources, extracting meaningful insights from large, complex datasets to build a complete picture and produce actionable recommendations for improvement. The successful candidate must have a track record of diving deep into data through exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and understand the potential causes, drawing on a solid foundation in statistics and a working knowledge of machine learning algorithms. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand the system end-to-end, analyze key metrics, and answer questions about performance and user experience.
Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources, applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques to surface trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Build and maintain data pipelines to support reliable, repeatable analysis.
Produce clear, captivating visualizations, dashboards, and reports, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years experience with data analysis and reporting.
