As a Senior Data Analyst on Spectrum’s Customer Service Reliability team you’ll help shape the insights that improve service reliability and strengthen the customer experience. Supporting millions of customers across our 41-state footprint, this team uses data to drive smarter decisions and measurable improvement. In this role, you’ll move beyond reporting to identify what matters most, quantify impact, and deliver strategic insights that influence priorities and help the business take action with confidence.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead advanced analysis that informs strategic priorities, improves operational performance, and strengthens customer service reliability
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help the business understand performance, identify opportunities, and take action with confidence
  • Uncover trends, quantify impact, and deliver recommendations that support better decisions and measurable business improvement
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses that bring visibility to key performance drivers, operational risks, and areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs and questions into analytical solutions that support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Define and document data definitions, business rules, and reporting requirements to ensure consistency, quality, and trust in the analysis
  • Collaborate across operational and analytical teams, including Business Intelligence, Business Integrations, Data Science, Data Insights, and other stakeholder groups, to align analysis with business needs and support scalable reporting solutions
  • Drive improvements in data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical processes through validation, root cause analysis, and ongoing refinement
  • Contribute to recurring business reviews and high-visibility initiatives by delivering insights that help shape priorities and support meaningful action

The base pay for this position generally is between $86,000.00 and $152,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
