In this role, you will focus on connecting, mapping, and building integrations for quality data to create a streamlined flow of information that informs and enhances design decisions. You will also help define and implement the digital connectivity strategy for quality information, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering innovation in aerospace manufacturing.
This role is requiring travel up to 25%.
What You Will Do:
  • Data Integration and Connectivity: Develop and implement strategies to connect, map, and integrate quality data across operations, quality, and engineering functions. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support informed design and decision-making.
  • Digital Connectivity Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute a digital connectivity strategy for quality information, aligning with the organization's broader digital transformation goals.
  • Data Analytics and Insights: Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze quality data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure quality data is effectively utilized to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the development and implementation of processes and tools to continuously improve the collection, analysis, and application of quality data across the organization.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
