Description:
Supporting IS&T continuous planning including capacity-based planning for annual Business Portfolios.
Responsible for:

  • Supporting core BU teams and & IS&T team with day to day management of tasks
  • Defining overall timeline and tasks breakdown
  • Tracking & defining regular progress and necessary follow-ups
  • Detail process and providing process/tools training to cross functional IS&T project leads
  • Holds office hours to answer questions, attend weekly planning meetings with continuous follow up through email & Slack
  • Managing slack channels for planning and ensuring questions are answered
  • Managing capacity based reports and helping make decisions by providing timely reports and data
