FORVIA is looking for a year-round Data Science Intern for its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Your mission, roles and responsibilities Assist in designing, building, and testing machine learning models for use cases such as computer vision, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection. Support the development of end-to-end ML workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to understand data and contribute to solving practical problems using AI. Help optimize model performance and experiment with different algorithms under guidance from senior team members. Use Python and common machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn) to develop and test models
