Pay Range: $66,535.82 to $99,803.86
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Data Analyst - Master Data & Enterprise Reporting
Location: La Crosse, WI - Kwik Trip Support Center (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the Role
As a Data Analyst on Kwik Trip's IT Data Services team, you will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data that powers decision-making across the company. You will develop and maintain SQL-based data solutions, support enterprise reporting platforms, and implement master data management (MDM) processes that improve data quality and integrity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges and collaborating across business units.
What You'll Do
  • Support and manage Kwik Trip's MDM tools (Informatica, SAS, and future platforms).
  • Build MDM jobs and pipelines that ingest, match, merge, and distribute data to downstream systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
  • Create and maintain ETL jobs using tools such as Microsoft SSIS, Informatica ETL, and SAS DataFlux.
  • Support enterprise reporting platforms including Power BI, SSRS, and Sigma.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to business partners.
  • Implement and manage MDM best-record and matching processes to improve data quality.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and integration documentation.
  • Partner with software vendors to resolve issues, manage upgrades, and stay informed on future enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise data and support business units with data-related needs.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of related professional experience.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and enterprise software.
  • Ability to write complex queries and work with advanced database tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting ETL jobs, SQL procedures, and data integration issues.
  • Understanding of Master Data and Data Quality concepts.
  • Ability to develop data requirements and specifications.
  • Familiarity with version control and release management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Even Better If You Have
  • Experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with Informatica MDM, SAS DataFlux, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, SSRS, or Sigma.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
